TwelveLabs Trademark Usage Guidelines

Last Updated: December 10, 2025

TwelveLabs is a registered trademark of Twelve Labs, Inc. ("TL") in the United States and other countries. Additionally, TL has rights in other trademarks including the TL logo. TL takes the protection of our trademarks very seriously. To maintain the goodwill that TL has developed in the marketplace, its trademarks must be used with permission and properly in all contexts. These Trademark Usage Guidelines ("Guidelines") are intended for its partners, customers, consultants, and any third party authorized to use any trademark owned by TL in any promotional, commercial, educational or reference material. If you have any questions about a specific trademark or logo usage, to request use of the TL logo or would like further information regarding these Guidelines, please contact us at: marketing@twelvelabs.io.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

These Guidelines provide an overview of TL's trademark rights. All rights in TL trademarks are reserved, including those not specified here. Any authorized use of TL trademarks benefits TL exclusively.

TL may update these Guidelines periodically. Check them before using TL trademarks to ensure compliance. Without written consent or agreement from TL, you cannot use TL trademarks. Even with consent, TL can modify or revoke it at any time unless restricted by a separate agreement.

If you are a licensee of one or more TL trademarks, please consult your agreement with TL for any additional or different requirements applicable to your use.

You must comply with any TL request to correct, remedy or discontinue any use of a TL trademark that is determined by TL to be improper.

HOW TO USE TL'S TRADEMARKS

As much as practicable, TL trademarks must be used with nouns and not as nouns and with the letters TM in superscript, ™, to represent the TL trademark when referencing the TL platform. For example: the TwelveLabs™ Video Understanding Platform.

You must include the ™ symbol along with the TwelveLabs name upon the first use of the trademark, whether the first use occurs in the title or in the text of the work. If you are allowed to use the TL logo, then the inclusion of the logo containing the appropriate trademark symbol will also suffice for a first use of the mark.

Referring to TwelveLabs as company (rather than to its products) is an exception to this general rule, please see below.

APPROPRIATE ATTRIBUTION LANGUAGE

Always include trademark attribution when referencing a TL trademark in any material, recognizing TL's ownership. For example: "TwelveLabs and the TwelveLabs logo are trademarks of Twelve Labs, Inc."

PROHIBITED USES OF TL'S TRADEMARKS
